Malaika Astorga is a Mexican-Canadian artist, and holds a BA in Communications Studies from Concordia University. She is a social media strategist, graphic designer, writer, & event producer working with creatives to amplify their work in an algorithm-friendly way.
Malaika is the co-founder of Also Cool Mag, and is an associate strategist for 257 Media MGMT from 9-5. In her free time, she does social strategy and content production for creatives and businesses.
Her current roster includes Le Système, Arbutus Records, and Annex Vintage.
Previous clients include Boiler Room, Taverne Tour, Em&May, Lisbon Lux Records, Specials, Panther Modern, and Cecile Believe, among others.
